RAF cold weather flying trousers

RAF Cold Weather, Trousers,  Mk.1.  Stores reference 22C/1157.  

These early pattern trousers are made from a blue-grey cotton ventile fabric. Unlined and have a flapped pocket on each lower leg and side pockets. Leather loops stitched at the waist for attaching the special braces. They have a zipped fly with a buttoned wind flap, also draw-string ties at the ankles. Usually worn as a suit with a matching jacket.

Size 3, waist = 30" x  32" leg (approximate).

There is some soiling/marks and a couple of small holes (see photos) and some snagging marks in places.  Overall condition though is very good.

They are complete with the correct issue braces, stores reference 22C/1161. 

These popular trousers are getting harder to find.
