Pre war, RAF uniform parade or mess trousers.
These early issue trousers (1920's) are using the 1918 first pattern, RAF tunic sleeve metal braid rank, for the stripe down the side of each leg, which we have not seen before.
The waist has the classic early style 'fish tail' back. The legs finish with leather support straps (see scans).
Size, waist = 30", inside leg = 30".
In a very good condition, with a few minor moth nips.
