Original RAF aeroplane maintenance form 700.
These forms were issued to every aircraft taken upon charge with the RAF. They were individual to that particular aircraft and gave a maintenance history of it until it was struck off charge or lost to enemy action etc....
This form has never been filled in and is as 'issued'. It is printed on a light blue card which is folded. The size of it is 22 x 17". It is printed on both sides and it has a serial number in one part, with a print date of April 1936.
