An Original RAF fighter command intelligence report for 1940.
This five page report is typed and stamped 'secret' at the top of page one. It is addressed 'Headquarters, Fighter Command, Royal Air Force'. Issue number 137, gives a weeks review of reserve aircraft at various air bases around the country for 15th February 1940. There are a wide range of aircraft listed including - Blenheim, Gadiator, Hurricane and Spitfire. Some famous Battle of Britain bases are listed such as - Duxford, Kenely, Northolt, Hornchurch, Manston etc......The pages are of 13 x 8" in size, and are in a good condition, but have some folds and rips in places - which are to be expected for an item such as this. A rare survivor.
