Rare, original RAF Bomber Command, Intelligence reports for December 1944.

Two individual reports sent from HQ Bomber Command to all Bomber Command bases and stations.

Each report is rubber stamped at the top 'Secret' and signals office, RAF Tuddenham, and dated (some stamps have faded) in a ink stamp block.

Included in these reports are Intelligence narrative, No's 4493 and 4494, all for various dates over the month of December 1944. They give details of each day's events (news) where allied force were involved (U.K. and U.S.) how many aircraft took place and what type, the weather conditions, the results, target defences, enemy fighter combats, any enemy activity including V1 flying bombs,  etc..........

These secret reports are printed on a teleprinter and torn from it, resulting in each report being of a different length, one is 20 inches, the other 15" long, but both are of the same size paper width (8 1/2"). These were collected and a very limited number were then distributed amongst senior officers at each base to obtain intelligence. Very few of these reports have survived.

In a good legible condition, with some creasing and corner folds, tears (see photos).

In need of research.
