Original wartime issue RAF distinguished flying cross, medal case & medal.
This medal case is silk lined on the inside of the lid, and is stamped with the Royal Mint crest. The base holds the medal, ribbon and clasp, which is velvet lined. Brass hinges and a clasp are also fitted to the case.
The box comes with a good Copy DFC with an original silk ribbon and clasp.
