RAF, long woollen socks.
These rare socks both have very good Air Ministry labels and are dated 1943.
Very few pairs of original wartime dated A.M. socks have survived, most being still worn post war.
This pair have some repair, mainly to one sock, and some slight staining on the foot (see photos), otherwise they are in a good condition.
