WW2, RAF Irvin flying jacket.
This is an early two piece back Irvin jacket, as used in the Battle of Britain.
It retains all of its original working DOT zips and has leather pullers. The waist belt is in very good condition, and the jacket has its metal chain hanger.
The approximate size, chest 42-44", back length 25", arm length 26".
In a good original condition but, the upper arms the leather appears to be a little thin (see photos) so caution is required when used to dress a mannequin or to wear.
Sold as a genuine historical collectable.
