Royal Flying Corps wooden four blade propeller.
This laminated wooden generator propeller was made by the famous Watts propeller company.
The blades still retain their original Irish linen doped covering.
The centre boss is all nicely stamped with part numbers, AID quality control and War Department Air stamps.
It has an approximately 22" span.
It would have been fitted to the larger RFC bomber aircraft, such as the Handley Page 11. 0/100 and the H.P 12. 0/400, and to some airships.
In an excellent original condition.
