Luftwaffe JU88 crew seat harness buckles.
These nine cast alloy buckles were recovered from an excavated crashed JU88 aircraft (identity unknown). They are all in very good condition and some even have the original Luftwaffe grey paint. Four of the buckles are fixed and five are of the hinged type, which still freely move. These would have been fixed to the crews seats and the safety harness would have been attached to them.
