RAF aircraft clock, found in some Spitfire's, Hurricanes' Lancaster's & Mosquto's.

Made by Jaeger watch Co. Inc. USA. Type, model 43A-4.

Air Ministry Stores Ref. No. 6A/2197, with a date code of 1942.

This American designed aircraft clock was made for the RAF during WW2.

The movement is an 8-day, 7 jewel lever type. The case size is 6 x 5cm, which is in a good condition if a little paint rubbed. Manufacturer's plate and Air Ministry markings are on the rear.
